Backtagging || I can be a pretty slow tagger, so this is fine by me.
Threadhopping || Unless it's marked private, then yep go ahead.
Fourthwalling || I play Hong Kong from modern day, so it's pretty much okay to mention most things regarding history around him. As far as outright stating that he is in fact a fictional character, I'd rather that not occur.

Hugging || Yes. He may act a little surprised or awkward, but obviously it entirely depends on who the other character is and he is actually much more relaxed about this than most other members of his family.
Kissing || See above. If you're a pretty girl then no problem at all...
Flirting || Hahaha... Sure?
Injury/Death || Minor injuring him such as slapping/punching him or yanking his ears (mostly on the part of his sisters...) is totally fine, no permission needed. But as for the more extreme and outright killing him, I would like to be contacted first.
Telepathy/Mind Reading Abilities || Yes. Although if it's delving into anything really serious or traumatic I would prefer to be given some notice first.
