Update and new question

I posted a few days ago about my daughter who was constipated leading to a UTI and kidney infection. We did take her to ER and she was given an IV to hydrate her. We cleansed her system and kept the antibiotics going. She's doing SO much better now and I thank everyone for the comments. You guys were amazing and the well wishes were so nice. Thank you all!!

So now, I present a new question regarding my 4 year old son. When he was a baby I got him circumcised. I was young and stupid and let his father talk me into it before researching. I was never aware of the issues it could potentially cause. My son has a large piece of skin now that's totally attached and gets red and sore if he gets an erection he complains. We checked with a doctor who said its a penile adhesion and said due to how attached it is he thinks it would be best to see a urologist to have it surgically corrected. I'm worried, of course, but if it's bothering my son I'm not sure I would say no. I am googling and it seems like most of the answers are yahoo or babycenter and I'm not seeing much in the way of personal experience so I'm asking you all what you have seen. Anyone deal with this? How was it corrected? If it was corrected surgically what was the procedure like and how did your child handle it? Obviously I'll be asking the urologist when they call me to set the appointment but I want to prepare and google just doesn't seem to be helping me... Or maybe I just don't like what I see so I'm hoping for more answers:)

Thanks!!
