((not part of paixaorpg))It's been a while since Zexion's last been in the Nexus. Too be fair, most of this has been due to the fact that he's been uncommonly busy of late. Busy trying to outhink and outplan Axel, mind, but the general idea still holds true. And regardless of what he's been up to he's certainly here today

Cloud's hesitance doesn't go unnoticed, although Zexion refrains from commenting on it. Instead he simply takes him up on that handshake, although as always the gloves stay on. But perhaps he can be forgiven for that, under the circumstances.

Gloves indoors aren't strange, not for Cloud. He minds his strength, having had practice, and then steps back. 'You'll be back later?' That's for Terebas, of course. 'I was going to cook.' Her nodding a yes and smiling seems to ease a bit of the quiet intensity in him.

Good guesses indeed, although Sephiroth isn't going to actually make note of his guesses. He can save the questions until later, or so he figures.

As a result, it's Gevurah who comments and not Sephiroth. "We like it when you cook." She's... most likely speaking for the both of them, with that comment.

"I have all I need," Zexion answers simply. Not like his few possessions can't be carried with him, for a certain value of 'carried'.

'See you around,' he says to Zexion, leaning casually against the table. It's a fairly easy-going goodby, but the reserved attitude toward him hasn't vanished.

Once again, Sephiroth opts for little more than a simple nod and a faint smile offered in Basi's direction. So really it's not much of a surprise that Gevurah speaks up in his stead (she has something of a tendency to do that)

"Take care." It's not entirely clear to whom that was to be directed. That's cats for you.

Both the symbols on the door and the pattern on the floor attract Zexion's attention. Magic-things have always interested him, and as a blue mage he needs to understand a spell to be able to use it to its full potential.

He's not going to be 'copying' them into his Lexicon just yet though. He'll likely ask her first.

"Do the objects need to be anything specific or...?"

There's a nod as if he'd been half-expecting that answer. Not all spells are simple and he's perfectly aware of that.

"If it's alright with you I may want to take a closer look at the set-up later."

"That's perfectly fine." He can be perfectly patient, and will understand if the answer's 'no'.

So he'll reluctantly leave the patterns and symbols alone for the time being and come over to stand next to her.

Maybe not entirely, but Zexion will be polite and not mention it.

Likewise he will not but attempt to not memorize, the buttons she's pushing on the PINPoint.
