Well, my work laptop just took a giant shit. The hard drive has apparently died. It makes scary clicking noises on startup, as thought a giant grasshopper were hiding in the platters. The last time I tried to reboot it, it said "I can't find a hard drive; good luck working NOW, bitch!" or words to that effect.



Now it apparently found a HD, but has hung on the "Starting Windows" screen. It's giving me that "File Corrupt" message that prevents Windows from starting. Joy.
