News on the home front: we have an offer in on the house, which is not great, but it's action, which we were beginning to despair of.
We will counter tomorrow morning and see what happens. The good news from Sce is that she won't be moving to the Santa Monica office until at least October - possibly November - so we are by no means desperate, and therefore we have some breathing room.
