oooh nice..haha yeah yesterday we had to run 2 miles and we had a lot of fitness at soccer practice..arghhh.
my legs are dying.

2 miles wow .. That is what we started off the practice with lol... it was crazy and we had to get 2 miles in under 12 minutes.. i barely made it.. Then came the long sprints and the bodywork... I have never done so many push ups in my life.. i can't even raise my arms lol..

lol... I think we play u on the 20th so be there..
