A musical director was having a lot of trouble with one drummer. He talked and talked and talked with the drummer, but his performance simply didn't improve.

Finally, before the whole orchestra, he said, "When a musician just can't handle his instrument and doesn't improve when given help, they take away the instrument, and give him two sticks, and make him a drummer."

A stage whisper was heard from the percussion section: "And if he can't handle even that, they take away one of his sticks and make him a conductor."

dude i wish our trumpet section would actually practice. individually some are good but overall (no offense) yall usually suck. dont take it personally just get up and play more than just during class. no one's going to get better if you don't work at it.
cuz basically if u guys play badly there's nothing the rest of us can do about it.

after doing musical instruments, its finally been figured out that gina will play 3rd instead of me and i'll play bass. lol i basically learned the piece in < 10 minutes.... not pretty bad considering its my first time ever playing bass clarinet.

ugh i'm going to be up late again...biology is evil!
mrs nichols isnt exactly my fav teacher right now >.< but mrs chubb rocks for letting me doodle during class.

peace
