I was just wondering. I'm not sure if this has ever been asked or addressed before seeing as I've never watched any of the movies.
If the creation of Skynet is successfully prevented, then Kyle Reese never would have had the means or reasons to travel back in time to protect Sarah Connor, and thus John would never have been conceived, right?
Am I reasoning this correctly? Is Sarah Connor effectively working towards the eradication of her son?
