Honorary Degree committee
I did want to let folks know that we do have a small committee of women, all who have been active in one way or another in the Charm School, who will be reviewing nominees and voting. We will post them here, but as some of you might not know where they go after that this is our Honorary Degree page on the website.
Please remember that you can nominate heroic women by posting their stories here. These do have to be publicly accessible sites. Women who fought back to defend themselves or others, heroic LEOs, soldiers and firefighters, groundbreaking athletes....
Of course, you can become involved in other ways. You can submit a "bio" ....please check out the ones already there (some need updating...like mine) at the link that says Student, Graduate and Staff Bios. These are our actual stories, more or less, revamped a bit to fit our theme. ~;)
I'm carefully considering the idea of doing a forum on the site. If I do it it won't be a fancy mini-social network like we tried before, but an old fashion turn of the century style bulletin board hosted on the site. The last attempt we lost when the host decided to charge for it.
