How much kaya ang beach front property sa san juan la union?
One time soon, while i'm still a rolling stone, when I decide to break open my big piggy-bear-bank, i'm getting my own 400 sq of beach front prime. :)
I'll live there, in my home-made house that the locals help me build, live off the eksena: surf, surf camp, rare gigs, compi's, locals, neuralized locals, double features at the plaza... Tapos I'll have more than enough stories to tell the people i know! Tapos macucurious sila! And because I tell stories sooo well, they'll be persuaded and decide to check it out for themselves. I'll even bring a befriended local pa para mas kapanipaniwala! Yun! They'll be breaking their animal banks too! and get lands beside mine! tapos, tapos When we're arould 20 or 24 people na, we'll build a kawayan and coconut STAGE, a coconut bar, 75 torches, pool all our musical instruments to complete a full band set-up.. tapos every day will just be sun, sand, jams, reed chairs, giggles, food, fun, shades, ice-cold things, lizards... nights will be in warmth, on-stage stools, hammocks, drinks, freedom, encores... Bonfires 1 mter across beside our stage, kawayan torches all around! stars and moon, night sky when you look above.
Wow. beach clothes 24/7. fun. this'll mark our birth as beach folk. fun.
And when we've all learned to surf and gather buko and speak akward ilokano, we'll be neo-locals na! and inevitably we'll be viewed as a community.. pero we're not. kasi we're living just the way life should be. So needless to say, anyone who has heard how we've been living at the beach is free to join and blend in. wala nang paa-paalam and introductions and formality! we'll just know everyone and be friends via around the campfire lang. Tapos, tapos Del will..
I'm hungry na.
