also, not caring about the clothes is one thing, but not washing your hair is not about fashion but more about hygiene, imo..

I don't know, I've heard that one quote mentioned so many times, it somehow got stuck in my head. *shrugs*

And obviously "not washing your hair" was a bit of an exaggeration. What I was thinking of was the kind of situation where your hair is just a bit greasy, and to look "good" it would need washing, but you can't be bothered. Not that I really think that's a fashion choice per se, but in a way it's also using (non-)fashion as a form of expressing your current mood. Whatever.
