Awhile ago, I was at the Valu Thrift in St. Paul and I found this curious fellow. What the fuck is he?
I mean like, it's a teapot. But what is he intended to resemble?
A dinosaur? A dog?
Clearly he enjoys fishing, so we thought maybe the loch ness monster? I am not sure. It does not seem that he is having a crisis of identity - he seems rather pleased with life in general. But INQUIRING MINDS and all that.
My nephew has some really friggin' cool toys, like this giraffe in a strawberry car.
My asked my friend Mathew to draw a picture of a giraffe in a strawberry car for me, and this is what he came up with:
I do not know which is the more awesome realization of the concept.
Continuing with nephew-related things, here is a baby in a mixing bowl.
Well, technically it's Rachel Ray's garbage bowl, but whatever. I like the sound of "baby in a mixing bowl" better.
The other day, I fed Sebastian beet puree for lunch.
