I’ve decided I’m going to become a film buff. Well, not as a full time occupation, but as a hobby. I was recently reading one of those “Films You Must See Before You Die” lists and was horrified to realise that I’d only seen a handful of classic films. How un-educated am I? I’m determined to make up for my lack of cinematic education, so I’ve got myself IMDB Top 250 films of all time list and am planning on working my way through that.
I bought The King’s Speech DVD today and that’s on the list, so that counts, right? I can’t wait to watch it again. Once I’ve watched that I’m going to start with films I haven’t seen before - beginning with Pan’s Labyrinth.
Here is the
rest of the list for reference.
