Heat equal parts butter and olive oil over low heat. Add garlic, crushed red chile pepper to taste, and bruscetta seasoning (or, you know, actual sun-dried tomatoes and basil). Bring heat up to medium-high, cook shrimp in butter and oil mixture until almost done. Add cooked sausage (I had leftover cooked Italian sausage in the fridge). Add chopped scallions.
Add cooked pasta and toss to combine. Add parmesan cheese to taste and cover 5 minutes to allow cheese to melt.
I ate way too much of this, but it was soooo good. God bless frozen shrimp on special. God bless frozen shrimp period.
