I dropped off my absentee/mail-in ballot tonight after work, and stood outside talking to a woman for a few minutes. She was outside City Hall holding a No on 8 (proposition to deny the right to same-sex marriage in CA). It's so down to the wire here apparently that even now, election night, people are outside polling places with signs and
