Time, gentlemen please.
Having taken a week of leave to decorate this room, it appears it's going to take a week of Sundays to finish it off. Simply stated, there's not enough time in the evening - once we've vegged for half an hour, one of us has cooked, both of us have eaten, and we've realised we need stronger fixings, so had a mad rush to get to B+Q before it closes, there's not a lot of evening left.
I can see why people get the proverbial little man in, and certainly I'm glad that the plumber is doing the whole central heating, and I'm not dealing with copper pipes and soldered joints! Hopefully he'l actually be able to make it this week, as the nights are drawing in, and having no heating is going to be a problem soon.
