I saw this on a bumper sticker the other day and jotted it down on a piece of scratch paper in my car. Before I misplace the paper, I wanted to share the quote. It's unfortunately quite true...

I'm quite the quote whore... I have a pretty good collection.
I have heard the two you've posted before... but they are both good. Living with a closed minded family... they are both VERY true!!!

*hugehugs* I recieved your special package today and I was so very touched <3 I love everything you sent, the book of quotes is wonderful, I'll get started on planting the sunflower soon and I absoloutely got a kick out of the procrastinate notes - I stuck one up on my desk annnnd the little pebble was just perfect, I collect rocks and pebbles :)

Thank you, and you're welcome! *blush* I'm so glad my crazy triangular box arrived in one piece, and that you liked all the little gifties. :) I hope they lifted your spirits -- even if it's just for a little while, it's better than not having your spirits lifted at all! *hugs*

Each item was picked out for the specific reasons I mentioned in my letter to you. :) I LOVE giving gifts but I especially love when I can make them significant. I have friends who are ecstatic to get stuff like Target or Best Buy giftcards for their birthdays, but I prefer buying and/or making something more personal. Unfortunately, I don't always have the time or the memory to actually do it!

<3 *hugs* much thanks again. I love the fact that each item has a special significance. I perfer making something more personal too. When I had penpals I used to make them friendship bracelets and bookmarks and handmade cards too.

Hi there! I don't know who this is, since you signed as Anonymous, but if you designed this icon, I apologize. *blush* Please let me know, and I'll be glad to credit you. If you check my LJ userpics page, you'll see I always mention the designer's name, if I have it. :)

A friend passed this icon on to me, knowing I'd like it. I'm not sure WHO truly deserves the credit, because this particular "Falling Cow" sign (with the same cliff background & all) is in several places on the Net; it's just cropped for LJ. You can see the REST of what it originally contained in this Google image search. *chuckle*
