"Happy Birthday to GOO..." ;)
When I did a Google search at work today, I learned today is Google's 9th birthday! WOW! I didn't think they were that old. They're truly one of Silicon Valley's BIGGEST success stories!! I liked how they "decorated" their logo this year, making one of the letters -- the second "g" I think? -- into a festive pinata spilling colourful candy. (I love pinatas!)
Unfortunately, by the time I got online tonight at home (after eating dinner, playing with the rats, and watching the season opener of CSI and then some Discovery Channel), Google had already TAKEN DOWN their B-Day decor. :( I wanted to post a copy of it in my journal, just for fun, but now I can't. Did anyone happen to catch it today?
At least I found an image of their 4th thru 8th B-Days. :D I especially like the ones with yummy baked goods!
