The end of a hectic week
How glad am I that last week is over. I can now spend some time at home with the kids and
mr_hybrid.
Found out on Friday that Mum's CT and Bone scans have come back clear. Its some really good news at last. She went in on Monday for the surgery and came home yesterday. She's got a bit of pain where the muscle is healing but the cancer should all be gone. She's got a clinic appointment on Friday 22nd to find out what further treatment she has to have. We're so lucky that she found the lump early.
On a lighter note it was my Godaughter Amys' birthday party yesterday. Big thanks to
rocktapper it was a lovely afternon sorry we were late arriving. Emily and Alice really enjoyed themselves.
It's infest on Friday and for the first time in too many years I get to go for the whole weekend. Emily and Alice are going to Grandma and Grandads on Friday teatime and not coming back until Monday lunchtime. Yippee, Don't think I can go all weekend without seeing them so need to check the band times and find a good time to visit. We've thought about bringing them over one afternoon to see everone but think they'd have more fun being out and about with Grandma and Grandad.
