Jack's managed to get it so the walls in his room are a dark brownish grey. His sheets are a darker grey, and he's made an abstract pumpkin figure with a sinister grin on the headboard. There are paper snowflakes (that resembles spiders) hung on the walls, and a striped stocking on the edge of the wardrobe. He has bats painted on his ceiling, and there are also paper-christmas-lights hung; thanks to some aid from Harry Dresden, the overhead light is dim--meaning the paper lights act as actual lights.
There are metal shelves mounted on the walls, and at any given time there will be books and knicknacks on them. There are also notes on the desk, for various things--mostly Halloween related.
Above the desk, and on spare-wall-spaces, there are also childish drawings (courtesy of Alessa Gillespie) involving children on fire, people hanging from trees, dead bodies at the bottom of a lake reaching up to passing rowboats and occasionally pulling someone in.
It's a strange mix of Christmas and Halloween, ranging from mildly creepy to disturbing.
Per the May-arrival cycle, some of the shelves have been rearranged, with a second desk being added along with a second, single bed. It's cramped, but relatively neat-ish. There are no dressers, but the beds are along parallel walls, with two desks forming an "L" along the corner by the closet.
