Can I be loyal can i be true...
Internet time!! Wooooo! Too bad it´s too early to talk to anyone and AIM is being retahded. Oh well, I figured I could at least update this. I´ve been having a great time of course. There have been some crrrraaazy times, as well. Gosh, what craziness...ahem.
We went to Valencia this weekend, and it was pretty nice. I almost died (uh oh Eliza). Well, I don´t know how close I really was to death, but we´ll just say it was a close call. We went to the beach and it started to rain and that was followed by thunder and lightning. Well, a few minutes later, we thought the lightning and thunder were gone. It started to pour and I was thinking,"Hey let´s just run out in the rain into the ocean." Innocent enough. Sandy joins me and we make it to the big blue Mediterranean sea where she gives me this look of shock.
"Your hair is standing straight up, Carrie! What does that mean?!?!"
"GET OUT OF THE WATER!"
(it means lightning is about to strike)
and then BAM! lightning was striking all over the place. Ha, it´s funny now but seriously, I was soaked standing in a huge body of water. Wouldn´t have had much of a chance.
I tried Agua de Valencia (Valencia Water). It´s a mixture of Vodka, Champagne and orange juice. Eehh, I wasn´t too big of a fan, actually. I´ve had better. Plus, it was a tad bit warm. Oh, and I also found out that night that it was pretty obvious to everyone that I like the person that I do. So now a whole lot of people know. Man, I can remember a time when I was afraid to tell myself who i like, much more some people that I really don´t know so well. We´ll see what happens with that mess. But I didn´t come over here to meet american boys! Come on! I´m supposed to marry a spaniard!
I´ve been doing okay with internet withdrawal. I don´t think about it too much, nor do I have time to think about it. I miss talking to Eliza a lot, but that´s about it. Of course I miss talking to the rest of you too, but I talked to Eliza all of the time. Now...wow, I don´t know when I talked to her last *sigh* I should call her soon. It´s been a while.
So I´m thinking for my 10 day break I´ll go to Scotland, UK, Rome and Venice. Then I´ll take another weekend for Germany, another for France and one for Switzerland. Wowzas! Wouldn´t that be freakin awesome?!?! I hope I get to do it. I should get around to emailing people back now...I´m having so much fun. I wish I could have everyone here with me = )
