I'm stepping down from my position as Cross City Commissioner. I've done all I feel I can for the precinct while in this position but it's just simply not for me. I appreciate the opporutnity that the city gave me to prove myself, though I feel I could have done better by leaps and bounds. So, I've spoken to Leon S. Kennedy and he has agreed to take the position instead.
I'll be going back to the rank of Captain.
