Violent change and an abrupt end can floor the masses.
It feels as though I've been away from the precinct for months, when it's only been a few days since my last shift. So much has happened in the blink of an eye and we've lost two very important people.

This leaves me in a rather troublesome position. As of right now, being the only Captain left at the precinct, I feel obligated to take on the role of Commissioner temporarily until something can be worked out or someone is elected.
I'm all ears my friends. It'll take me some time to go through what Commissioner Integral has left behind. Those are quite the shoes to fill and I've been a little out of the loop. However, something must be done immediately if we are to remain organized.
