Tonks, Ssil and Kairi each get a pretty silver bracelet with golden stars. Like the one she gave Syaoran before the skills competition, the bracelet is a protective charm that can cast a low-level shield if ever the owner is suddenly attacked or caught off-guard. Not very powerful, but definitely useful.
Syaoran gets a nice cloak, to use for his travels in the future. Plus a necklace (kind of like a chain) with the his name engraved somewhere on it, and a note that says, "No matter what they tell you, you're you. Thank you for everything, Syaoran-kun."

Sakura, as her "protege", gets her old notebook. But it's not an ordinary notebook. In it she's written some spells and incantations she's tried, Card ideas, divination stuff she's learned and all other things that Sakura might find useful in the future.
Sakura-hime gets a Kero plushie.
Touya, Yukito, Kurogane, Eriol, Jing, Meilin, Haruhi, Gaz, Kimi and Skuld each get a book. It's up to the mun what kind.
Sheifa gets a snowglobe.
