i can't believe these people
no support. no guidance. just blame and denial of responsibility. we had 2 roommates we had to chase out of here because of their inability to communicate and make decisions. they ignore this place for 3 years and then come back and blame everything on us and suddenly we're responsible for making the house ready to sell? why? how much of that money are we gonna see? who else would they have been renting this place to had we not been here? That's the only argument they could have come up with, but considering that I could count the number of times they've made a half-assed attempt at getting things done around here on one hand...do they think they could have gotten away with that if their tenants were total strangers? They would have had to deal with all the problems right then and there, not 4 years later when they finally decided to get around to it. As far as i'm concerned they're lucky to have had a realative living here...one they could take advantage of and blame everything on. i keep thinking there must be parts to this story i'm not being told...there must be things between him and his dad i don't know and that i don't understand, because it's ridiculous from where i'm sitting...this can't be all there is to the story...parents don't treat their kids like this for no reason, do they?
