My mother's philosophy: Why let anyone finish a sentence when she has something much more interesting to say? ARGH! On the phone earlier, I am trying to tell her about the trouble with my car, which is why I am calling so she can give me a ride to the mechanic's. In the middle of my sentence she starts talking. I point out that she interrupted me and she continues on, interrupting me again. ,Then she acts like I am crazy and dramatic for being pissed that SHE NEVER FUCKING LISTENS TO ME. My friends used to say I always interrupted them and it's clear to me where that comes from. It should also be noted that my mother talks incessantly and you can never get a word in edgewise in the first place so it's incredibly frustrating not to even get to finish a bloody sentence. (Obviously I was in a bad mood before we even started talking. I wish she could read me.)
