Can I Get A Final Count Please?
Hey Folks,
How many of you actually want to participate in the Reunion Festivities? I know G doesn't, and It's unlikely that Jakobee Rah will be able to attend, but what do the rest of you think?
I'm still on the fence, but I am definitely leaning towards saying "Fuck It" to the whole organized reunion. I read over the "Lost List" that they sent out and, I saw maybe 3 or 4 people that I would bother to talk to, and even then, what the fuck would I say to them? It would probably be a short, trite and meaningless conversation that would most likely end awkwardly and abruptly. I honestly don't think I want to be trapped in a room with most of those people eating dinner and watching slide shows.
I've got an Idea, what if we do a separate reunion of our own? Maybe we can steal some contact info from the website and see if people want to get together at a bar. This way we can choose who we will see. I wouldn't mind catching up with Greg Hazelwood, Mark Rettman, Ashley Gilliam, etc. if it were somewhere away from all the other pricks and cunts that will be at the actual reunion.
What do you guys think about that? If it's not possible, that's cool. I really only want to hang out with you guys anyway. Thought it might be worth a shot though.
As for the "No" list though, I'm including myself with G-Funk. Respond to this message, and tell me what you are thinking and your feelings on the "Separate/Exclusive Reunion" Idea. For those peeps that aren't on LJ, ask em and we'll tally the responses to get a general consensus.
