I was sick as fuck for 2 weeks and am now finally over it. I was due though. I hadn't had anything close to a cold for over 2 years. But this one kicked the shit out of me. Hopefully it'll be the last for another couple of years. Fingers crossed.
Weekend was good. Got some stuff done and hung out with friends on Saturday night. Our friend Kelly likes to argue. I love goading her into debates cause she's such an easy target. She's an "emotional" arguer and very stubborn, so she gets frustrated easily. She'd be much more effective if she were more logical, but there-in lies the entertainment. Wifey kinda gets annoyed when I egg her on, but I can't help it. I convinced her and everybody in the room that she was a raging sexist on Saturday. The funny thing is that she really isn't a sexist, but I kept attacking her defensive statements, and she succeeded only in incriminating herself further. Classic.
We have a shit-ton of cash coming in from Taxes and Work-Bonuses, so we are paying of all our debt and Ima start looking for a new truck in the coming weeks. Truckernicus has been a faithful friend, but he needs to head to the retirement home. Stoked about getting some new wheels. Already thinking about a new name, but won't make it final till I see him.
