Obviously they hate Dartz. That's not hard to see. I still believe those people had nothing to do with it though.

I would be if I knew they were involved, and I believed Dartz cared in the slightest for anyone besides himself; he felt nothing for Raphael, Varon, and Amelda when they lost their souls, despite them all working closely with each other. I don't think he's bothered at all by the loss of employees of his company.

You have a point there. But this was his business headquarters; that has to impact him negatively in some way.
