"Radcons [Radical Conservatives] use lots of misleading figures to justify their claims.  Among their biggest whoppers:  After supply-side tax cuts, average wages rise and average taxes fall.  But "average" doesn't mean much when people at the top enjoy such stratospheric gains they pull the average way up.  The basketball player Shaquille O'Neal and I have an "average" height of about six feet.  Get it?  In a world where a few giant fortunes are being amassed, talk about averages doesn't tell you what's happening to most people, especially the little guys."
