John Watson opens the door to a trick-or-treater and finds a man in a police uniform. Yes, the Village People kind of police uniform. And he's not asking for candy.

SHERLOCK BIGBANG
Prompt One:
"The case is closed, the murderess is about to be carted off, the good guys won... and suddenly the girl flips out and lashes out and almost kills John.
Sherlock goes spare and demonstrates that the diagnosis of sociopath is right by having to be physically restrained by a shitload of policemen from more or less vivisecting the murderess where she stands.
For some reason, Lestrade and co. are a tad horrified at seeing this level of murderous rage (esp. against a girl) and having Mycroft appearing from thin air to collect his brother all bland and nonchalant doesn't really appease their worries.
Namely: just how bare is the thread holding Sherlock to sanity and what role does John play in that? Also, why is his brother so blasé about it and how much power does he wield?"
Prompt Two:
"Sherlock's alma mater is having some kind of THING that Sherlock for whatever reason chooses or has to go to. But Sebastian (Blind Banker) really hit a nerve and it still stings. He wants John to go with him, which he agrees to. But when they get there, some ill-chosen words make it sound like they're lovers ("We've been living together for 6 months").
John gets annoyed, they have an argument, and all is bad until John realizes that Sherlock really DOES have something to prove. So he goes back in and starts playing Boyfriend.
Some time after this event, it becomes true."
