The Wake....
This weekend up at faire is going to be a difficult one.
Along with next week too (but that is dealing with my own loss... more on that later)
On Monday night, faire lost a wonderful woman named Amethyst . Sadly, I never was able to meet her, but have heard nothing but WONDERFUL things about her. Even though I don't know her, I have a feeling of loss welling inside me.
The news broke on Sunday mid morn..... about all of the theme characters were clutched in groups talking, crying and hugging. The feeling in the air about faire was that of a great loss.... although the show went on, many smiles pushed through for the sake of Am.
**So in honour of her, there is going to be a wake for her on Saturday night. It will be at the Circus of Invention hooch.... please make sure you come by.**
