Dani: I want you to give me your knife.
Charlie: My knife? Why?
Dani: (sarcastic) Because I want to swear a blood oath with you and I need something to cut my pinkie.
Give me your knife or I burn you with IAD for not using your service weapon when you should have.
I need to know that my partner is a cop, and not a con.
Anything else you carrying from the old days? Sharpened toothbrush? Lightbulb full of bleach?
Scene 3: Trust
1.09 - Serious Control Issues
Dani: Didn't know they made 'em that small.
Charlie: It's a personal pineapple.
Dani: Alright, I have to know. What's the deal with the fruit?
Charlie: Do you know what you eat in prison?
Dani: Crap?
Charlie: Crap. No fresh fruit. Ever. I missed it.
Dani: I don't think it'd be fruit that I'd be missing.
Charlie: Yeah it would.
Charlie: I will try to use it for good, instead of evil.
Scene 4: Confrontation
1.11 - Fill It Up
Charlie: You killed my friends, Kyle. When you killed that family, you killed my friends.
You like fruit, Kyle? This is a pluot. A Dapple Dandy, to be exact. I grew this one myself. Some people call them dinosaur eggs, because um... that's what they kind of look like. Dinosaur eggs.
Now, I uh... I know that there is all sorts of information you wanna tell me. Questions you think I wanna ask. But that's not important. Because today, I have only one decision to make.
You shouldn't have killed my friends, Kyle.
