Hmm, I usually weigh the most on Mondays, so this is a good weight for today. Maybe I will see a 160.something this week. I would love to break 160, but that is probably not going to happen until next week. BF and I are going to AZ in March. I looked at myself in the mirror in panties and a bra yesterday and I am not sure I am ready for a swimsuit. I have about 6 weeks so hopefully I will be approaching 150 by trip time.
I went to a buffet yesterday... yikes. I didn't focus on healthy options, I wanted to eat what looked good, so I just watched portions. I made sure to grab only a couple bites of each item. I didn't eat breakfast though and had a cheese sandwich for dinner. I just counted yesterday for 35 points (12 over my target) and I'm going to move on. I get 35 flex points in addition to my target each week. I get my flex on Friday and by Monday they are usually all gone.
After the buffet BF and I walked around an outlet mall, then Petco, then Costco, we were out for about 6 hours, wow! So, I think I earned some activity points thanks to all that walking so 35 is a fair count for yesterday.
