I'm kind of tired of actively trying to lose weight. I will give ww a go for another month but if I can't get to losing weight that way I might switch to another program. I know it isn't that ww isn't working it is that I am not strictly following it. I need to get back to writing down everything i eat, or putting it in my ww online journal. Yesterday I started okay with a mini bagel and cream cheese, and then I had some leftover rice/turkey burger/tomato sauce mix for lunch, but then I decided I wanted something sweet and ate 3/4 a giant chocolate muffin. Then before dinner I had some crackers and seafood dip. For dinner I had chicken fajitas with only one small flour tortilla but I think it's the snacks that are getting me. I guess I need some chopped veggies available for a healthy snack? I wonder if that would work for me.
I had a fun weekend away. The weather wasn't that great but it was a lot of fun to spend a couple of days with my friends and bf, and brother. We drank a lot, played put put golf, went in the hot tub, and pool some. I really didn't want to go to work yesterday. I'm excited about next Monday's holiday though.
