Well, I totally blew it yesterday so I'm glad to see there was no gain this morning.  I had 3 whiskey sours, two pieces of pizza at midnight, and some foreign thing for dinner that didn't seem too healthy.  I did start today out all right.  I need to work on a lunch plan right now.  I have been seriously thinking about exercise a lot lately.  I think I am going to try to get myself to the gym before work or at lunch a couple times a week, and maybe try and get a couple co-workers to walk at lunch with me sometimes also.  Right now, I like using my lunch hour for relaxation, or errands, but I need to exercise for my health, and body shape.
