Yikes! I can't believe how much weight fluctuates. I probably should have tried to zero out the scale or something to check that but oh well, not that important I guess. Friday is the day I am really serious about the number. I went out when I got home last night to a late night happy hour. I had a fish taco, a beer, and a few tortilla chips with salsa. So, the number this morning is probably right. Now I guess I just have to be better today and tomorrow with my eating. One week from today I am off to Arizona. I can't wait for that.
