I honestly forgot to weigh myself this morning. I put on my clothes, realized I didn't weigh in but decided not too. The scale says a totally different number depending on what I'm wearing. It probably wouldn't have been good anyway. I started out with good intentions yesterday. I took a 40 minute walk at lunch, had carrots for a snack. But then, I went and made spaghetti and meatballs for dinner. I ate 3 meatballs and two pieces of garlic bread - yikes! Plus some spaghetti of course and a little side salad with dressing. Ugh! I really do my best when I don't cook dinner, just have a large snack before class and a small snack, or nothing after. But, BF has a really bad sprained ankle and I feel kind of obligated to put dinner together lately.

Well, I have good intentions again today, I had cereal w/fat free milk for breakfast, I am drinking hot tea, and I still have my carrots here at work, and rice cakes. This week is going by fast. Tomorrow is official weigh in day and I think it will be bad, but if I get back on track by next Friday I should be looking good again. Such a slow process.
