Running-around Saturday
Much running around today.
First, I indulged my inner collector/trader to meet some Disney pin collectors down at the SuperMall. Apparently at least once per year, a liquidator opens up a discount Disney shop to liquidate Disney stuff at bargain prices. The bargains weren't as bargainy as I'd hoped, but I didn't spend outrageously. I was really there to meet people and trade pins anyway, and I managed to do both just fine. Ack! Another collecting community--someone stop me now before it's too late!
The morning drive, the running around and the meeting people all wore me out. Between a combination of too much caffeine the night before, and getting up too early this morning, I crashed the moment I got home, and napped for at least 90 minutes, maybe more.
I spent the evening with the ever-charming mikigarrison, talking about life, the universe, and everything. That woman's a never-ending font of insight and ideas. Fine company.
And so on to bed, and then on to Sunday--a day to be full of mostly household chores.
