Doctor Who Website Recommendation
lordshiva and magshalliday have put together a fabulous website/fanfic fanzine Lost Luggage. What makes this different from any other fic site that I know of is that it isn't an archive at all, it is an fanfic e-zine put together around a "theme" rather than pairing or Doctor. This month's theme is "Certainty of Chance" and features quite a few stories by fellow ljers icebluenothing, booster17, cryptile and lilacfree to name a few. The site features a variety of Doctors, with each story, selected for its high quality of writing, fitting within the overall monthly theme. Plus, Paul Cornell gives a lovely introduction that should warm the heart of any fanfic writer.
