let the rain fall down...
after walking through a pitch-black YMCA after the power went out, cody and i walked to the door and i saw probably one of the most torrential rain storms i've ever come across in my entire life. it was flash flooding euclid ave and everywhere else. i put my purse under my shirt and ran across the parking lot to my car, but it was one of the best feelings EVER. i was so hot from working out that it soaked me in the two seconds it took to run to my car and i wanted to stay out and play in it. i would have, if i didn't have my good shoes on. by the time i got to my car, i was laughing so hard. it was amazing. it reminded me of that scene in the notebook where they're in the boat and then the rain comes and they just give up. i would have loved to just stand there and let it soak me.
come to think of it, i probably shouldn't be on the computer right now as it's beginning to downpour again...so i'm just going to go eat dinner.
