Well guess who came back to work!?
It's okay! I can give u some time to think about it.
...
..
.
Yep it was Chris.
This morning around 7:30 am I made my way up to 18th street and caught a glimpse of a red car parked across the street...
"No it couldnt be!"
As i got closer to work I noticed the car was a 97 BMW...
"Thats not his car!"
I went to the building and turned the door knob...
"He's not here!"
And Voila! There was Christopher Murray sitting at his desk! I just about had a heart attack. I absolutely did not think he was going to be out of prison that soon. I really had the notion in my mind that i'd have to wait a month for his dumb butt to get out.
It turns out he was released friday night. He got back to Ambridge by 9:00pm threw himself a welcome home party, saturday he bought himself new shoes, new clothes, new cell phone, and got a hair cut. Basically the man had a better weekend than i did!
Now hearing this i was surprised cause although he was dressed nicely he still looked like hell. His hair was messed up his face was red and just looked tired and worn out and even had a few scratches on it. To sum up he looked like he got the shit beat out of him and now he's recovering.
Okay now here comes the part i was dreading to type out to you guys...My first reaction at seeing his return. *Sigh* Now before u judge remember this...i am ashamed to admit this!
My first reaction was...happiness...joy...i gave the man the hug! Okay! I know! Debbie, what is wrong with you?!
I do have a reason though. Basically it was because i was still worried. I mean i knew what i had to do going into work today, but i guess i was still terrified at the week ahead. I dont know, but i was just really happy that he was there and now theres no more worrying and now i have a shot at getting out of that place and moving on.
Yeah well...Kevin (the owner) called He wants everyone to learn everyone elses jobs in case this happens again someone can fill in and then we dont have to send work to Nick.
He also specifically told Chris to tell me that he told Chris that he DID NOT want me to be layed off for the summer. Oh yeah by the way thats never happened in the past (almost) 2 years ive been working there. So basically he was saying that as a way to say that i was gonna get laid off this summer. Thanks Kevin, i hate u too!
Yeah i have to be shown how to layout shirts and jerseys or whatever. Great. I get to work in the smelly basement and use a ruler. Ooo. If the Art Institute could only see me now.
Oh my sweet Jesus i gotta get outta there.
Anyway! Chris was definitely looking like he had just gotta jail and yeah...he was also sick. At one point in the morning we were talking and outta the corner of my eye i see him spilling water in the trash. I was just about to ask him why he didnt just throw it outside...until i realized he was throwing up. It was weird though...it was just water. It looked like he drank water and was spitting it up.
Yeah sorry i should stop now.
I just kinda stood there and watched him. lol. He said it was water, but he kept drinking one of those Vitamin Water things.
LMAO XD
Thank God that only happened once this morning cause i woulda just kept laughing at him all day. It really woulda made me look like a super bitch. LOL!
So yeah Chris sick means is not in a good mood. It means work sucks. It means i go home not feeling good either.
But yeah i asked him about what happened and basically him and his girlfriend got drunk and fought and then he didnt know what happened. Apparently she called the police and then all of a sudden he was being attacked in his sleep. The tazer (i believe) happened while he was in bed. And then he felt someone start punching him so he fought back and then realized it was the police attacking him.
He said they also beat the crap outta him in the alley and then when he got to the police station he thought he was okay until they swept him off his feet suddenly and started laughing at him.
LMAO XD!
So yeah i'll bet yr all wondering what the people at work thought about his return.
Hmm well it can actually be summed up in a simple sentence...
Everyone acted like nothing happened.
Yeah okay for some reason i keep reading that and it doesnt seem like a sentence to me. Okay so i suck at grammar so sue me! Sorry.
But yeah everyone smiled! Was all like "OH HEY!" and i know i cant be angry...cause...well fuck i gave the man a hug! But cmon! These were the people who told me while he was gone that i shouldnt trust Chris...That he's out to get me fired...and if he's been arrested so many times for this kinda thing that means he must do it.
And now big smiles and lets just forget we ever said anything horrible!
Jesus.
So i guess id have to say his return is a good thing. Lets just hope he'll stop fucking up long enough for me to get out of there.
I dont really know where i start and to be honest im fucking exhausted, but good news is that friday im taking a day off...well basically to go to Lauren's portfolio review...but still maybe i'll have some time to look up some jobs, redo my resume, and get them sent out to a few places.
It'll be a start at least.
Well, on a light note, im enjoying my ac oh so much...cause at work i was sweating my ass off.
Yes God and his silly little sense of humor...all last week when i didnt have ac at home i had it at work. Well now i have it at home and he wont let me enjoy it at work!
Of course bloody Chris feels trapped when the window is closed so he opens it and it was sooo hot. Its like dude the ac is on and ive actually been here the past two weeks working so why dont u close it?
Yeah he didnt do that til it was too late and it was already extremely hot in the building before he finally closed the building. Im gonna need to take a shower now cause my entire body is sticky from my sweat. Eeew its a gross feeling.
For those of you who dont have ac at the moment and are now hating me for mine. I apologize and i sympathize with you!
Oh man i need to eat. I know theres something else to say but i dont wanna even try to think about it at the moment.
Well im off!
Byeee...i love you!
