Thursday...A Few Days Late
Yeah sorry im so late with an update!
Okay so Eddie was soooooooo great! He was so funny and it was just awesome to see him live. Of course he had some wonderful things to say about Pittsburgh and then went onto his show which consisted of talking about everything that's happened in the universe! XD
Funny enough he begin with the Big Bang but at the end of the show he got to Moses! lol! Whatta man.
But the most exciting part about the whole thing...was that i actually got to see him up close! XD
Yeah Lauren and i ended up having to wait 30 mins. for a bus, so we walked around the Benedum for a bit and then stood at the bus stop...which happened to be right next to the back of the Benedum...and after watching a crowd of people stand behind what appeared to be Eddie's tour bus he did appear!
Okay, dont get too excited about these! While i can take good pictures...i cant take them very well under pressure...or when i only have a certain amount of time to get pics. So when u look at these imagine him 10 times better looking!
So yeah he didnt wear a dress and wasnt in full makeup. I read in the little program thing i bought that this tour he was going "bloke" mode cause he thinks America thinks that he does that only for his comedy act. Meanwhile the man really is a transvestite and likes to wear dresses and heels. He also needed to be in "bloke" mode cause he does the show The Riches in which his character is not a transvestite. And also for the past two shows he's done he's worn very thin heels which limited his movement and he likes to move around a bit on the stage. Oh Eddie...i adore you.
But he still wore eyeliner...if anything he wanted to wear eyeliner...which i love.
Oh Eddie...i adore you more and more.
Yeah while he was outside a few people were asking him questions...such as who his influences were, what he based his style on, if there were any topics that werent appropriate for him to talk about on stage.
After that i didnt get to see what else happened cause the bus arrived. I wouldnt have minded to stay but i already made poor Lauren wait 30 mins for a bus and if we had missed that one she wouldve had to wait another 20 mins! Plus, i got what i wanted. I at least wanted to see him up close and i did and he was great!
Normally i curse the port authority for being so late, but this time i gave them props for our bus was ten minutes late. If it had been on time...i wouldve never got to see him at all, but i also thought about something else about the whole thing...
Lauren, i hope u had a great time! And i wanted to tell you...cause i just realized this...days later...god i have issues...but yeah I wanted to say im so sorry cause i realized that while i was over in the alley taking pics of Eddie i left you with those creepy people at the bus stop! Im sorry! i'll never do that to you again! For real! I wouldve cried if someone did that to me! But you were awesome to me and i love you bunches for it! Yr the best!
The rest of my weekend has been alright. Nothing too exciting...unless u count me forgetting my cell phone at work. But Rachel took me to get it back on saturday and thats about it.
Well i actually gotta get going. I gotta call from Mum and she'll be here by midweek which means i gotta start cleaning now!
