If the shots were technically bad, if he didnt pay you the full fee, if he made you feel uncomfortable then I'd also suggest you "out" him privately to other models you trust and wish to protect.
I had a shoot a while back where I was shooting for a visitors folio and gave her all the shots in RAW format in good faith, at the end of it, she turned around and demanded $90 payment for her time. And I repeat, it was for her folio. Needless to say I have not paid her. It's pointless for me t6o send her a release as she has the raw files now. So I'm pretending she doent exist unless she does anything else to piss me off.
This shooter you mentioned, what are the conditions of his release? Commercial print paragraph, 50% each way on prints?
