Hurrah! I am finally done with all the social work business for another year. Somehow it always seems a bit of an anti-climax; I've spent the last 2 months fantasising about how nice this day would feel and while it is hurrah-worthy, so far it's fallen slightly short of expectations. I reckon what it needs is some alcohol - it is Friday afterall

I've been watching Miss Marple and listening to the thunder - very productive! :D I love thunder. I'm going to start getting ready now but I'll probably be about an hour because I have a few other bits and bobs to do and need to cook something to take to Mike and Liv's with me. I'm going to call at the co-op to get a bottle of wine,would you like me to get you anything? I know you have no dollar but don't worry, we can always square up tomorrow if you'd like anything. x

No problemo, I'm at home watching it too :) I can't really afford to get anything, even for squaring up tomorrow. But thank you very much for the offer :) I think I still have a little gin left at Mike's, and I should have money tomorrow so when I go to Tesco I'll get some more for before the Formal :) xxx
