Causecast internship - Day #1
Well, technically today is day #2 since I signed up on 02/03, but basically I just started an internship with Causecast.org, which launched on Sept 10 last year. If you haven't heard of it, you will soon 'cause I'm going to give you the details. Keep an eye out for an arrival from me to you in your electronic message receptacle.
Though brimming w/ zeal, I am still but a n00b and I want to take a day or two more to wrap my brain around the site before I pass it on to you. But if you do end up perusing and joining me beforehand, do let them know that scarlett__mage sent you and then friend me :)
This is something I'm really eager about. I think I'm mostly motivated because it's rooted in altruistic purpose. Plus, I eat this web stuff up. Constructing and reconstructing profiles. Spouting off all sorts of randomness about me. Except w/ Causecast, I can do it for reasons beyond myself. That's the goal anyway.
It's still quite early so only time will tell what comes of all this...
