Happy BratDay!
Wishing a wonderful day to the lovely, the talented,
the oh-so-misnomered
psubrat There are tales that circulate, namely by the lady herself, that upon a time she was a shy, retiring sort of gal.
Yuh, riiight.
Despite corroborating testimony, I still disbelieve.
Why?
Because you'd be hard-pressed to meet someone with a sharper mind and wit, a kinder heart, a more generous spirit or a stronger sense of empathy.
If you looked up "friend" in the dictionary, there should be a photo of her. And "loyalty"? Probably her middle name. During our five years of friendship, whether it's been a day that's ending in a crisis or just a day ending in a "y" she's always been there for me.
She's given me laughter, pep talks, great ideas, good conversation, even a scolding or two (or possibly more). And I wouldn't trade it for the world.
No gift I could give her could ever match up to the gift of her friendship. I just want her to know that today is surely a special day because she is so special, as well as loved and appreciated.
Happy Birthday, hon!
