it's seems that moving to vancouver I've lost some weight. Not much but it seems to be staying off. Since January I've lost 7 pounds. Which isn't a lot but I'm happy about it. I've made some progress with eating tho, like I can only handle little amounts of food. My calorie intake has gone down to 1200 or less per day. So it's pretty healthy weightloss slowly.
But i want to loose more. I'm so fucking pathetic, I mean how could i get so low before (110) then gain fucking 30 pounds. FUck.

Anyway, did some excersise today. Ran and did some sit ups. I didn't eat anything for breakfast, I'm going to have a salad for lunch. Considering i won't be home for dinner, and my boyfriend wont see me eat. I will eather eat nothing or some carrots and crackers.
I've decided to keep everything no more than 100 calories per consumption. I need to start measuring my food too.
