(no subject)
ive never had that much blood in my mouth at one time in my life. totally gross. so i packed the wounds with gauze to get the bleeding to stop and that took all yesterday.
everything went smoothly, no problems there i suppose. i finally got the gauze and tape off my arm where the IV was tho. hurt like a bitch. my face is a little swollen too, you can see it from the outside. i look rather like a chipmunk. very lovely but ok considering i wont be leaving my house anytime soon. i think so far the most painful part was when he put the IV in my arm but shortly after that i relaxed and went to sleep. it was wierd, i felt my muscles involuntarily just, relax and i was like ' oh here it is. ok.' and then i was alseep. when i woke up i kept having these wierd tremors where my entire body would shake and i wasnt really awake enough to register what was happening. it was so hard to walk out to the car. i see why they require someone to be there to drive you home.
you can probably tell that im still a tad groggy, for 2 reasons. 1 being that the doctors drugs take about 2 days to wear off entirely and 2 being that im quite drugged up on vicaden right now. they gave me a liquid version so i dont have to struggle with pills which is SUPER nice. i have like, the strongest gag reflex of anyone i know, so pills are an issue. and vicaden comes in these huge fucking horse pills. so yes, the liquid is yellow and tastes entrely of chemicals, not the cherry flavoring they said it would, but its ok by me, i just eat somethign really quick after i drink it, washed away the taste.
well good news, i can finally feel my face again. my entire face and tounge was numb yesterday soo , iwas having trouble enunciating my words, amusing, yes. annoying, yes. but now my limbs randomly fall asleep, thats worrisome. my right hand, for no reason at all falls asleep while im asleep and i dont lay on it, so i know thats not the problem.

P.S. colin comes home in a week!!!!!!!! i got the cutest outfit to wear to the airport! so excited!!
