Adachi Momo is a female high school student. She appears to be a wild girl due to her tan skin and dyed hair, but she is a actually naive and sweet student. Since her days in middle school, Momo has secretly held feelings for classmate Toji. Meanwhile, the most popular male student, Okayasu Kairi, becomes interested in her. Her friend Sae is jealous of her and tries to block Toji from Momo. Momo is conflicted with Toji and Kairi, but she has to make a decision.

I've been waiting to watch this! and it didn't let me down! :D Maybe because I wasn't expecting much. I mean, yes, I was really excited that I read the manga, but I didn't expect much because most of the time when a shoujo manga gets a movie adaptation, it's rarely that good. But Peach Girl is one of the rare ones. They didn't include a few of the Sae manipulating Toji part but we get the idea. I also wasn't hoping much about Kairi's backstory with the nurse and his family but we also got that! They also kind of made the Momo choosing and coming with Toji and the whole beach "chasing" and drama with Kairi, but somehow that's all okay. We still get the idea and a good story. Kei also improved a lot with the acting part, although he still has a lot of improvements to do with the "drama" acting, the crying and everything. But aside from that, I think the 4 main actors did a good job portraying their characters.
